All services are subject to availability and our ability to complete the work safely and effectively. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not meet our quality standards or safety requirements.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope. We will notify you of any significant changes before beginning work.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we may need to reassess material costs and labor rates.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction.

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline

Warranties

Property Access

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property to complete the contracted work. You are responsible for securing pets, moving vehicles, and ensuring safe access to work areas.

We will take reasonable care to protect your property but are not responsible for damage to landscaping, underground utilities that are not properly marked, or items not moved from work areas.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or if we have declined other work to accommodate your project.

Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed, materials used, and labor costs incurred.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to Nevada state law and may be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in your project contract.
